"Decent Course, But the Tests Were Frustrating"
I used mckissock for my course, and I’m not sure if it was just me, but I ended up getting frustrated with the quizzes and final exam. Some of the questions felt like they were worded in a tricky way, or like they were asking about things that weren’t explained very clearly in the lessons. I found myself rereading sections over and over, still kind of unsure what answer they were looking for. The site itself worked fine, so I can’t really complain about that, but the testing part made the whole experience feel more stressful than helpful. It wasn’t the worst course I’ve taken, but I probably wouldn’t be excited to use it again.

"It met the requirements, but I still expected better"
It did cover my state requirements, so I’ll give it that. But the overall experience could’ve been smoother, i was expecting some kind of apology for the hassle along the way.

"Legit Courses That Actually Helped"
I took these courses to help with my licensing requirements, they felt legit and straightforward. It’s nice when a company just does what it says it’s going to do and doesn’t make the process harder than it needs to be. Fair experience overall

"I was going to say the updates…"
I was going to say the updates are decent—actually, they’ve been accurate for me so far. I haven’t had any major issues, and the info usually lines up with what I’m seeing.

"I tried going through my course on my…"
I tried going through my course on my phone and it was frustrating. Some pages loaded oddly, the buttons were really tiny, and I kept having to zoom in just to navigate. It technically works on mobile, but just barely. Has anyone else run into the same issue?

"Helpful for staying on track"
I really like the progress tracking because it keeps me from feeling lost or unsure about where I left off. It’s simple, but it makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend it if you like having a clear idea of what you’ve done and what’s next.

"A bit confusing to navigate"
The site felt kind of messy to me, and I spent more time than expected clicking around just trying to find my course. I was expecting clearer instructions or a more obvious path to get started

No suprise charges or anything, which I really appreciated. Everything was shown clearly before I paid, so it felt straightforward tbh

I really liked that I could do the courses whenever I had some free time. Some days I’d just do a little after work and then come back to it later. Who wants to feel stressed trying to fit learning into an already busy day? This made everything feel way more manageable for me

"Clear and Easy to Follow"
I had a good experience with the reading material on McKissock. For me, it was clear and not overloaded with confusing terms, which made it way easier to get through. Most of the sections explained things in a straightforward way, and I liked being able to move at my own pace without feeling lost. If my experience is anything to go by, it’s a solid option for anyone who wants studying to feel a little less stressful

"Frustrating at first, but support turned it around"
I was in a annoyed mood because one of my courses just would not load, and I was starting to lose patience. I reached out to tech support, they helped me way faster than I expected. The person I chatted with was calm, patient, and walked me through what to try without making it feel complicated. They stayed with me until everything was working, which really took the stress out of it. I went from frustrated to relieved quickly. It was just nice to get real help without a ton of back and forth.

"Passed on the first try, thankfully"
I used McKissock to study for my licensing exam, it did what it was supposed to do. The practice questions were actually close to what showed up on the real exam, which was a nice surprise because that’s not always the case with these courses. I liked being able to move at my own pace instead of being rushed through everything. I passed on my first try, so I guess I can’t complain too much.

"I usually hop on McKissock after work, and…"
I usually hop on mckissock after work, and it’s been smooth. It lets me log in every time, the courses load without much fuss, and I haven’t had any random lockouts so far. I figure if something works at the end of a long day when I’m already tired, then it’s probably doing something right

"I signed up for a course…"
I signed up for a course on McKissock and quickly realized I needed a refund. Sounds simple, right? Somehow it turned into this weird little maze. The refund policy wasn’t as clear as I thought it would be, almost like they didn’t really want you to fully understand it until you were already stuck dealing with support. I had to email more than once just to get a straight answer, which made me feel like there was some secret script everyone was following except me. To be fair, they did respond and I eventually got it handled, but it was slower and more frustrating than it should’ve been. Not a total disaster, but definitely not a smooth experience either.

"Flexible, but kind of hard to stay into"
I did like being able to take the courses whenever I had time, because that made it way easier to fit around my schedule. But some of the lessons were dry, and a few sections felt like they just kept going. The quizzes were also a little frustrating at times because some questions didn’t really seem to match what had just been covered, or at least not clearly. It did what I needed it to do, so there’s that, but for the price I guess I expected it to be more straightforward and easier to follow. Not terrible, just not something I’d be excited to recommend.

"Quick reply, no fuss"
I had a question and they got back to me quickly, which I appreciated. It wasn’t instant, but it was fast enough that I didn’t have time to start wondering if I’d been forgotten. The answer was clear too, and I liked that they didn’t make it feel like a big back-and-forth over one small detail.
